Who creates the ads?

Once you sign up, a representative of FatFish Media’s ad creation team will contact you to help put together your professional ad. Our designers work with you to create the visual part of your ad to ensure all the ads in our system are of the same high quality. If you have your own creative department or agency, we will be happy to use your ad as long as we believe it fits our quality standards.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. The FatFish advertising network is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

The FatFish ad network is constantly growing with locations in the Valley that we feel provide ample visibility for our clients. Are there additional fees?

A fee may be incurred when making changes to your ad. In some situations, we may charge a small fee for modifying your advertisement after its initial creation; your first professionally designed ad is free!

While no one likes fees, the good news is we will not surprise you. If we have to charge you to make a change, we promise that we will let you know in advance. All work is pre-approved and completed to your satisfaction.
