Western Governors University is one of the fastest growing online schools. Our job at Fatfish Media is to provide a memorable experience for students and staff because each commencement weekend is the first time students get to meet their peers in person. During these weekends a Masters ceremony and Bachelors ceremony are held, along with an alumni celebration for recent graduates, and an all-hands meeting for regional employees, each at separate locations. These large-scale graduation weekends average 2-4k attendees with additional virtual participants. From event production, stage design, and live streaming, to audio, video direction, and digital content, Fatfish Media helps WGU celebrate what matters.  

During 2020 and 2021, Fatfish Media helped WGU pivot their in-person graduations to virtual commencements at our studio. In 2022, we're back on the road with 8 commencements and 24 live events scheduled in major cities across the United States.
