When Qualtrics tapped Fat Fish to lead video production for the Gwen Stefani After Party at their 2025 X4 Summit, we brought in our expert video team to take full creative and technical control of the experience. At the Salt Palace Convention Center, we directed every aspect of the live visual production, from designing the video system architecture and strategic camera placement to managing live switching and directing both the in-room video walls and the broadcast feed.
