TIMELINE

To celebrate International Women's Yoga Day, we partnered with Adidas x Wanderlust to launch their collaboration through a dynamic hybrid event hosted in both Los Angeles and New York. Our team crafted an immersive experience that connected live audiences from both cities with nearly 1 million virtual participants worldwide via a seamless live stream. The yoga classes, held on scenic rooftops with stunning views of the city skylines, offered an unforgettable atmosphere, blending urban landscapes with the peacefulness of yoga practice.
From concept to execution, we ensured flawless technical event production, delivering a smooth and engaging experience for all attendees. Our expertise in hybrid events allowed us to bridge the gap between in-person and virtual participants, creating a shared experience that felt inclusive and unified. This launch not only highlighted the strength of the Adidas x Wanderlust collaboration but also embodied the spirit of International Women's Yoga Day by empowering women across the globe to come together in celebration of wellness.

OUR PROJECTS

Fat Fish designed and produced Western Governors University's dual-event experience in New Orleans, managing both the Alumni Celebration and Commencement Ceremony. We translated WGU's newly launched brand identity into physical spaces, creating a cohesive experience from the outdoor alumni gathering to the grand stage production at Smoothie King Arena.

Fat Fish Media transformed the Aria in Las Vegas for Magellan Financial's Momentum 2026, delivering complete event production including custom stage design, environmental branding, scenic pieces, lighting, video wall, and sound systems. We created a seamless conference-to-concert experience, culminating with Train's live performance on our custom-built stage.
FAQS
How far in advance should we book Fat Fish Media for our event?
We recommend reaching out at least 2–8 weeks before your event date. For large-scale productions or peak seasons, earlier is always better to ensure availability and allow time for thorough planning but our team can always take up the challenge even within the same week. Always feel free to reach out.
What are some of the biggest production challenges and how did you resolve it?
Every engagement presents unique logistical and creative challenges. Our production team documents every key decision and solution as part of our post-event review process.
Do you produce recurring or annual events for long-term clients?
Many of our clients engage Fat Fish Media on an annual or multi-year basis. We build production templates, vendor relationships, and run-of-show frameworks from year one that improve efficiency, creative output, and delivery consistency with every subsequent event.
