These terms apply to your use of fatfishmedia.com, operated by Fat Fish Media Group ("Fat Fish Media", "we", "us"), 781 North 6715 West #804, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only: event production, rentals and other services are governed by the written quote, proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here.
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape or republish its content, use it to send unsolicited messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or interfere with its operation. Information on the site is provided for general purposes and may change; equipment, availability and pricing are confirmed only in a written quote.
Quotes, rentals and content
Quotes and proposals. Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated on it and is an estimate based on the information you give us. Final pricing, deposits, payment terms, cancellation terms and insurance requirements are set out in the agreement for your event or rental.
- Rentals. Rental equipment remains our property. The renter is responsible for the equipment from delivery or pickup until return, including loss or damage beyond normal wear, as detailed in the rental agreement.
- Intellectual property. The text, photographs, video, logos and design of this site belong to Fat Fish Media or are used with permission. Client names and logos shown belong to their owners and appear to describe work we have produced for them.
- Third-party links. The site links to venues, partners and social networks we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and liability. The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Fat Fish Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on information in it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and our liability for services is set by the agreement that governs them.
Governing law and changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and disputes about the website will be brought in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
