When the University of Phoenix partnered with us for their first in-person commencement under our direction, our goal was simple: refine what worked, remove what didn’t, and create a smoother, more efficient show.
From coordinating directly with the venue to designing a cleaner scenic look using our Aluvision backdrop system, we reimagined every detail for flow and precision. Our team handled all lighting, camera work, and recording for the virtual ceremony, ensuring graduates could celebrate both in person and online without a hitch.
It was a true collaboration from start to finish, with Fat Fish acting as an extension of the university’s internal team. Together, we built a ceremony that honored each graduate while keeping the audience fully engaged from the first walk to the last applause.
